Three Downtown Boston Leases Fill 26,014 SF

BOSTON-Leasing activity Downtown got a boost when three financial firms signed deals to fill a total of 26,014 sf of office space.


The largest of the leases went to K Capital, an investment management firm, when it renewed and expanded its existing lease on 14,632 sf at the Heritage on the Garden. The Drucker Co., which owns the 75 Park Place building, was represented by Chris Rogers of Grubb & Ellis.


The financial advisory and investment management firm TFC Financial will take 6,560 sf on the seventh floor of 30 Federal St. when it relocates from its former offices at 176 Federal St. Andrew Maher of CB Richard Ellis/New England represented the building’s owner Preotle Lane Associates.


In a separate transaction, Cantor Fitzgerald, an investment trading firm, will relocate within 125 High St., moving from the property’s Oliver Street Tower into 4,833 sf on the 26th floor of the High Street Tower. Steve Grant and Tom Garden represented the landlord, Tishman Speyer Properties.


All three leases were negotiated for the tenants by Rick Lowe and James Topper of Cresa Partners Boston.
